  • Got myself a altra outroad 2, they felt a bit to tight (height wise in the middle of my foot region) but everything else feels perfect.

Just spent a 10km run constantly trying to find the perfect lacing tightness - does anyone else has this problem ? First i start too loose and smash my toes in the front on downhills. From that point on its a constant adjustements of ahhh too tight, to now its again too loose :clown emoji:

  • I plan to start again, to push regularly. I maybe opt for a every second day rotation, so that the days in the week change.

Is there an example of a year long training plan, for someone who wants to achieve 10km under an hour with “easy” feeling tempo?

I always tended to gravitate towards easy runs, but ended being up slower and slower.

  • What watch to measure pace, distance and time elapswd would you recomend?

Im not interested in measuring sleep quality or other advanced data, that watch is going to be worn when running only.

I was interested even in g shock gbd 100, while it does not have gps without the phone ( and i like to run light, without a phone ) i know casio is kinda still in a stone age as far as softare goes.

i have had a forerunner 230? cannot remember untill it battery died, never got a proper HR reading with it.

Was thinking about a used fenix but since im out of the loop, thought i ask.

I do understand it, hence the remark about no deletion / everything being permanent to be “censorship resistant”. Its filled to the brim with crypto bros and chinese porn bots.

I mean, yes, the idea is there, but till now the whole thing is seriously floating towards being just another ponzi scheme

  • Nostr is also deeply linked with blockchain and crypto, and i do not think any sane anarchist should use something thats making a permanent record of everything written - so once posteed there is no edit / delete ( as far as i got it ) nor anyone else can remove what you posted. You also need to have some crypto wallet to use it - so i just stopped at that step.
