As a local, it can be hard to tell whether the Seattle Police Department or the Tacoma Police Department +/- Pierce County Sheriff’s office is the most corrupt.
What about Kent? They bring a ton of felons down to RJC, let them out the front door where there’s an entire neighborhood of trap houses ran by snitches. Whenever a trap house fills up the police swing through and arrest everyone for felonies and put them right back into RJC.
When I was homeless I was up the hill watched them sting a meth cook (and in hindsight, probably a serial killer) from the cartel I was riding around with, once they realized who he was they gave him everything back, even his gun, and told him that their agreement was that he is never to leave the valley. They then blatantly gang stalked us until we were back down there.
